Fu-un Shinsengumi's Saitou Hajime

This is actually my first introduction to Shinsengumi video games. It took me forever to get this one but it was so worth it. The game was first announced in the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2003. Here we have our protagonist (the Shinsengumi of course) and you get to play one of their new recruits. Of course any Shinsengumi fan would like to imagine themselves as a Shinsengumi member so this -is- perfect. This is an RPG/action game where you as a new recruit get to follow the the top three leaders of the Shinsengumi, Kondou Isami (Commander), Hijikata Toshizou (Vice-commander) and Okita Souji (First troop captain). You do get to interact with others although in my play I have yet to encounter Saitou-san. It is a japanese game and it is almost impossible to discern the controls without a walk through *sigh*
